HB4727 HFA Perdue 2-26

                Delegate Perdue moves to amend H.B.4727 on page 5, section 6, line 108, by striking out the period, and inserting a colon and the following proviso:

"Provided, That if the secretary submits an amendment under this subsection which restores the service levels provided in the IDD Waiver manual in effect on April 1, 2015, and such manual is subsequently approved by the Legislature and the Center for Medicaid Services then there shall be imposed an additional contingent healthcare provider tax as provided for in section thirty-eight, article twenty-seven, chapter eleven of the code at the rate of an additional twenty-three one hundredths of one percent. Notwithstanding the provisions of section thirty-eight, article twenty-seven, chapter eleven of this code, these funds shall be deposited in the special revenue account reserve fund created in subsection (e), section thirty-eight, article twenty-seven of chapter eleven of this code, for the purpose of securing federal reimbursement for the IDD program."
